It's a dual extract (water and alcohol) made from 100% fruiting body. That way we capture both the polysaccharides and the characteristic compounds of each mushroom.

What's in it

Chaga (Inonotus obliquus): the mushroom of northern birch forests, rich in polyphenols.

Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris): much sought after by active people, known for its cordycepin.

Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus): today's favourite, with its hericenones and erinacines.

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum): the great classic, with more than two thousand years of traditional use in Asia.

How to take it A few drops a day, on their own or in water, coffee or herbal tea. Earthy, slightly bitter taste.
